Fresh & Spicy Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 orange
  • 1 package (375 g) cranberries
  • 1 jalepeano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Salt

Remove rind from orange.

Chop rind and place in a food processor. Working over the food processor, remove the pulp and juice from the orange. Discard pith/

Add cranberries, jalapeno pepper, maple syrup and salt, and blend until fairly smooth.

Let stand at least one hour before serving.
