No Rise Pizza Dough

Yield: 1-15″ pizza crust


  • 500 grams all purpose flour
  • 15 grams instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 350 grams water


Combine four, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water, stir to combine, then knead for 2 minutes with a stand mixer.

Generously flour your work surface, and then knead flour into the dough until it loses its stickiness. Then, working from the edges towards the centre, stretch the dough out to create a 15″ circle.

Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan and stretch to the edges of the pan.

Spread pizza sauce over the dough and top with cheese and other toppings.

Bake at 500 degrees for 9-10 minutes on lower rack, or until the underside is lightly browned. Switch oven to broil and bake for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
