
INGREDIENTS
Yield: Two 9″ pies
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (1 can)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon connamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook two pies shells on the bottom rack of the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Beat well to combine.
Pour into pre-cooked pieshells
Bake for 40 minutes at 375.
